Contracts Seminar June 2014
Our employment specialist, Judith Naylor, gave a presentation on 29th April 2014 to small business employers on the subject of contracts of employment. The presentation touched on employee status as well as the responsibilities for an employer to provide a written contract containing information defined by S1 Employment Rights Act 1996. She also spoke about the importance of policy documentation.
