Penrith Futures Event

A social networking group for young professionals in the Penrith area, named Penrith Futures, held a breakfast event on Friday morning at The George Hotel.

The event was organised and hosted by Millie Coates, of Arnison Heelis Solicitors, who ensured it was a great success.

There were 25 attendees, representing various different firms from the local area.

They listened to Peter Bennett, from Your Spinal Health, discussing the importance of spinal health and tips for spinal health when working in an office.
