Penrith Futures Event
Networking group, Penrith Futures, held a charity Christmas quiz at The George Hotel on 13th of December, in aid of the Great North Air Ambulance Service.
Members were delighted with their fundraising total of £343.20 for the lifesaving helicopter charity.
At the event, speakers from the GNAAS were in attendance and gave their audience an insight into the work the charity undertakes, providing emergency medical care and transport.
There were over 30 attendees from a variety of local firms. The event was sponsored by Arnison Heelis Solicitors and prizes were provided by Arnison Heelis and Dodd & Co Accountants.
One of the organisers, Millie Coates, of Arnison Heelis Solicitors – who put the event on together with her colleague Hollie Wilson – said the group was always keen to welcome new members and encourages anyone to get in touch with her on [email protected] with enquiries about attending future events.
