Rebecca Adams

Full Accredited Member of Solicitors For the Elderly (SFE) and an Associate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)

Rebecca is part of the Private Client Department and specialises in providing advice in relation to the administration of Trusts and Estates, Wills, Asset Preservation, Tax Planning, Court of Protection and Powers of Attorney.  

Rebecca was born and brought up in Cumbria and graduated from Lancaster University with a First Class LLB (Hon) degree before obtaining a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course at The University of Law, Manchester.  Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and joined Arnison Heelis in 2023.

Rebecca is a member of STEP and has attained the STEP Advanced Certificate in Administration of Estates and the STEP Advanced Certificate Administration of Trusts.  Rebecca also passed the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation with a Distinction and was awarded the Worldwide Excellence Award for achieving the highest mark in the Will Preparation exam in 2019.
