Our personal injury department deals with many types of claim arising out of accidents including in the workplace, in public areas and on the roads.  Every case is different and every client is different.  At Arnison Heelis we treat our clients as individuals and prefer to meet clients face to face – no call centres here.  All work is undertaken by a specialist personal injury Solicitor.  If necessary, we can arrange home visits so you can have some initial advice even if you do not feel up to leaving your home.

For the majority of cases, you will have three years from the date of the accident in which to make a claim although there are exceptions to this rule. However, it is usually advisable to seek advice as soon as possible, and it does not cost anything to speak to us to discuss the possibility of making a claim, even at a very early stage. 

We can take on claims on a no win no fee basis, and we will advise you whether this is possible at the outset of the case.

Arnison Heelis will make a claim, on your behalf, for compensation for the injury suffered and a separate amount to compensate you for losses sustained as a direct result of the accident.  This means that any out of pocket expenses such as loss of clothing, travel costs, lost wages and the cost of care if you were unable to look after yourself and loved ones can all be recovered.
